03 Experience
2021- 2023
Meta
Senior Manager, Product Design

I scaled a team from 5 up to 14 Product Designers in a critical business area of Privacy where my team built critical-path products to make responsible decisions about our user data. I supported a Product Design Manager spanning 10 product spaces. After scaling the team, I moved into the area of Security and Data Centers, where I supported another manager and senior individual contributors defining the future of infrastructure at Meta.
2015-2021
Workday
Senior Manager, User Experience Design

I get to lead a cross-functional UX Design team who put our users at the very center of designing the future of finance. The team looks for opportunities to innovate the enterprise, and we have a blast doing it.

Welch Allyn

I led our user experience and technical communication teams across multiple sites to deliver a winning user experience.
My strategic focus was to build relationships across the enterprise to evangelize UX and help demonstrate how UX methods – appropriately applied – can help solve complex problems.
